Deluxe Spring Bear Hunt
May-June
Put the golf clubs away, we have your new favorite spring pastime. Idaho is known for producing some beautiful color phase black bears (cinnamon, chocolate, blonde), and our gallery is a testament to that claim. On average, around 50% of our harvested bears are color phase. We operate in a two bear area, so there’s no need to pass on a mature black bear while holding out for a color phase; you can harvest both! Additionally, wolves and mountain lions can be taken incidentally while bear hunting over bait. The baits are most active in the evenings, so a typical sit is usually from 4:00 pm until dark. The mornings are pretty laid back, but we highly recommend experiencing the phenomenal fishing while your guide resupplies the baits.
